Do you feel the college prepared you to enter the workforce?

“The guidance and mentoring has been exceptional at LNMIIT”

Yes, definitely. The subjects taught in the college helped me get a fair idea of what working in the field of computer science will look like. The subjects taught at LNMIIT and the specializations were of great help in preparing us to enter the workforce.

What were the most positive aspects of your time at your college?

“Vast opportunities, creativity and focus on holistic growth”

The freedom to explore anything and to speak up and be heard are the two things that I feel were the most positive. It helped me explore myself and gave me the courage to face the world. We were given opportunities to explore various domains and the college never created any hindrance to implementing new ideas.

What is your opinion about the Campus and Extracurricular Activities?

“An essential aspect of a healthy college life, building students”

I believe that only lectures and studies don't help a person in finding what they want to do in life. College days are the prime days of a person's life and they pave the way for their future. And campus and extra-curricular activities provide the perfect path for it. Personally, for me, they played a huge part in building my character during my stay there.

What makes LNMIIT an ideal choice for engineering students?

“A tight-knit community where students can grow with creative people”

LNMIIT being a college dedicated only to engineering, with a relatively small group of students, is what attracts me most towards it. It feels like a tight-knit community where you grow with like-minded people, full of varied interests. It gives you a chance at being uniquely yourself, as well as learning from the peers and seniors who inspire you. Also, the strong and diverse alumni base of this institute has laid a very strong foundation.

How would you rate the exposure provided to you by the institute?

“Students are regularly motivated to explore various domains and new ideas”

We were allowed and motivated to explore various domains during the 4 years of our degree. I would rate it 4 out of 5. The college readily gave permission to participate in various competitions that could add value to our profile. Several fests were organized across the year which gave students an opportunity to gain experience in managing technical and cultural events. The institute was very supportive of new ideas and would readily permit the implementation of new ideas. The institute also provides financial support to participate in academic activities at the national and international levels.

How would you rate the placement activities at LNMIIT?

“Dedicated efforts by placement cell even during the pandemic”

The placement activities at LNMIIT are quite good. Even though our batch was “The COVID Batch”, we still had reputed recruiters hiring from our campus. I would rate the placement activities 4 out of 5. The average package was between INR 11 LPA and 13 LPA. The college sees participation from various prominent and well-known companies for recruitment.
