Mr. Sunil Bhargava is the Director of Poornima Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur. He has 33 years of experience serving in some finest hotels in India. He started his career at Jodhpur as a Restaurant Supervisor. His vast experience motivated him to use his skills in training the future experts of the hotel industry and hence he switched to academics in 2012. His expertise lies in his networking with management personnel of almost all luxury and boutique hotels of India and abroad, thereby creating enormous opportunities for placement of students.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Being able to help students from my own experiences” 

Education is one of the most important building blocks of talent development in any country. It helps people become better citizens, get a better-paid job, and shows the difference between good and bad. Education shows us the importance of hard work and helps us grow and develop. Thus, as an educator, I can share my contribution to shape a better society. Teaching and research have always been my passions and through it, I not only teach students but help them upskill themselves and understand the current trends.

What is your philosophy of leadership? 

“Leadership is participative and delegative in nature”
