IIFT Delhi, an autonomous deemed-to-be-university and ranked #25th by NIRF 2021 offers a vast array of Online certificate courses which aims at upgrading the knowledge of working executives in the global arena and enhancing their operational competence. The Online Certificate Programs at IIFT Delhi are being implemented in collaboration with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. Admission to this program is organized twice a year– August (November batch) & January(April batch).

IIFT Delhi Online Export Management Certificate Program Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must fulfill the following criteria to be eligible to take admission to IIFT Certificate Program in Export Management:

• Graduation or equivalent degree from any affiliated University or Institution.

OR

• Diploma holders with two or more years of post-diploma full-time work experience.

There are some instructions related to the IIFT Certificate Program in Export Management as mentioned below:

• Candidates are required to attend at least 70 % of the total number of sessions in the Course to make them eligible to appear in the examination
• All class sessions will be live and facilitate two-way interaction between participants and faculty.
• The candidate can see the faculty and the slides and also ask questions. Lectures are thoroughly backed by research which the Institute regularly conducts for both trade & commerce and the government.
• The entire programme will cover the fundamental concepts of exports/imports.
• Regular evaluation will ensure that the participant has, indeed, imbibed both the knowledge and its applications.

Customized /Sponsored Programmes

MDP Division offers a wide spectrum of customized & tailor-made sponsored programmes in different areas of international business for the executives of the industry, officers and policymakers in the Government as per the organizations requirements. Customized training programmes for officer trainees/probationers conducted by IIFT Delhi are mentioned as follows: 

IIFT open Executive Post Graduate Diploma In Global Human Resource Management (EPGD-GHRM)

The IIFT EPGD-GHRM program is tailored to suit Professionals who wish to work in organizations employing international and diversified workforce, with the responsibility of developing local and global HR systems. The IIFT EPGD- GHRM is mainly for Professionals already working in the area of HRM (and allied fields) wishing to upgrade their skills or Young professionals aspiring to opt for HRM and People Management as a career. The total number of seats offered in the

programme is 120 and there is no age limit for applicants. The International study tour is a mandatory part of the programme as it is a credit course. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian or Foreign University with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) marks Minimum of 3 years of working experience at the management/ executive level. OR 
• Post-graduation degree and any professional degree such as law, engineering, architecture, medicine, pharmaceutical, agriculture, horticulture, etc. with 2 years of work experience are preferred. 
• Only managerial work experience until 30th June 2022 will be considered. 
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer is required at the time of admission only for sponsored candidates. 

How to Apply

• Application to IIFT EPGD-GHRM is through the prescribed online Application Form. 
• The application fee for EPGD-GHRM is INR 2,000/- for GEN/ OBC or INR 1,000/- for reserve category candidates.
• Applicants will have to register themselves at the IIFT website: www.iift.ac.in under ‘New Admissions’ and pay registration fees using the link that would appear after registration.
• Scanned copy of the relevant certificates needs to be uploaded while submitting an online application.
• Filled-in applications with enclosures and evidence of payment of Application Fee should be uploaded
• Applicants must mention the e-mail id clearly in the application form.
• Last date to apply for IIFT EPGD-GHRM Programme is 15 July, 2022 

Selection Process 

The admission process would be based on the eligibility criteria. All applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for a personal interview. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in the personal interview. Past academic record, experience, motivation to complete the program, and willingness to excel would get weightage in the overall assessment for admission

Fee Structure

• The cumulative fee for the IIFT EPGD-GHRM programme is INR 4.45 Lakhs 
• The course fee includes a one-time alumni fee & library charges of INR 10,000/- and INR 5,000/- respectively. The library charges are refundable at the time of completion of the programme.
• In addition to the programme fees, participants will bear the cost of travel (ticket, visa, insurance, etc.) and
• accommodation for the port visit.
• Programme registration and first installment would be INR 1.05 Lakhs which will be paid on or before 24th July 2022 prior to the commencement of the programme. The remaining fee will be paid in 4 quarterly installments of INR 85,000/- each. 
• SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates are eligible for 50% fee concession on tuition fees for the IIFT EPGD-GHRM programme .

IIFT Online Certificate Programme on 'Port Operations and Management'

IIFT Online Certificate Programme on 'Port Operations and Management is a 4 Months Live Online Programme commencing from 24 July 2022 to 20 November 2022 with online sessions on weekends. During the programme, interested participants will also avail themselves of an opportunity to visit at least two seaports in India.

Programme Schedule: Sessions will be scheduled only on Saturdays and Sundays, from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM with the flexibility of timing. The sessions will be held through online mode. 

Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate, Post graduate, Maritime related professionals, ships’ officers and shore-based Management staff, Professionals from Supply Chain & Management Industry & Trade, Marine Insurers, P&I Club Managers, Port Authorities and Coast Guard personnel, Producers, Traders or Commodities Brokers and Suppliers, Freight, Cargo and Logistics providers, Government bodies may apply for the Programme. There is no age limit to apply.

Last date to apply: 11th July 2022

Programme Fee: Rs. 90,000 payable in three installments. Rs. 40,000 /- should be paid latest by 11th July 2022 as 1st instalment.
