IIFT has recently concluded the placement drive for its 2021-23 MBA (IB) batch. IIFT highest international salary stood at INR 85.40 LPA whereas IIFT highest domestic salary stood at INR 75.6 LPA & the average salary stood at INR 29.1 LPA. The highest number of offers came from the Sales & Marketing domain (22%) followed by the Consulting domain (20%). A total of 180 recruiters participated in the placement drive. Some of the top recruiter are Adani Group, Cargill, Diageo, Client Associates, Edelweiss etc.
IIFT Delhi has also completed its Summer Internship placements for the batch 2022-24. IIFT average stipend increased by 29% at INR 2.63 Lakhs per month while IIFT highest stipend stood at INR 3.75 Lakhs per month. The highest number of offers came from the Sales & Marketing domain (33%).

The institute witnessed the participation of 123 recruiters including 46 new recruiters. The average stipend stood at INR. 1.61 Lakhs. During the previous year, the average stipend stood at INR. 1.68 for two months.
The institute concluded its summer placements with the largest-ever batch of 401 students placed across different sectors of the industry. IIFT Delhi managed to retain the highest stipend of INR. 3.2 lakhs for two months despite a 20% increase in batch size compared to the last year.
The average stipend for the top 100 students stood at INR. 2.37 Lakhs for two months. 70% of the batch received a six-figure stipend.
This year, a majority of roles were offered under different domains such as- Business Consulting, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Commodity Trading, Trade Consulting, Category Management, Operations, Logistics, Digital Marketing, Business Development and General Management.
Sales and marketing continued to be among the top domains with around 35% of the total offers.

IIFT Summer Placements 2020-2022 Sector-wise

Sales and Marketing were among the top domains with around 35% of the offers from brands like Bajaj, Dabur, GE (Commercial Leadership Program), Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, Godrej Properties Limited, GSK, HT Media, ITC, L’Oréal, Medtronic and Tata Consumer Products, Tata International. The new recruiters included Mars and United Breweries.
The Finance domain attracted 24% of the total offers from Citibank, D.E. Shaw, Goldman Sachs, General Electric (Financial Management Program), HSBC STG, ICICI Bank, Indus Valley Partners and JP Morgan Chase & Co, Silverdale & Synergy Consulting for premier roles.
Under the Consulting domain, the associations with firms like BOD, Cognizant Consulting, EY and McKinsey & Co. resulted in 9% of the total offers in this domain.
With 35 plus offers from technology firms like Conduent, Genpact, Google, Hexaware, Microsoft and TCS, IT and Analytics remained a preferred domain attracting 9% of the total offers.
