IIFT EPGD-GHRM Admission 2023 Open @www.iift.ac.in; Apply Till May 15

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has begun the application process for the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Global Human Resource Management (EPGD-GHRM) for the academic session 2023-24. Candidates aspiring to get an EPGD-GHRM degree from IIFT can submit their online application form through the official portal @www.iift.ac.in.

The IIFT will offer a EPGD-GHRM for a duration of 18 months and it is scheduled to commence in the month of June 2023. All the sessions would be held at IIFT Delhi campus, during the weekends.

Candidates intending to enrol for admission to EPGD-GHRM will have to submit their online applications till May 15, 2023.

IIFT EPGD-GHRM Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria 

Admission to the Executive Programme will be offered based on candidates’ fulfilment of eligibility conditions and ability to synchronise programme objectives with personal career goals.

• Candidates must possess 3 years of working experience in management / executive level is preferred.
• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with min 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) and post-graduation degree or any professional degree such as HR, law, engineering, architecture, medicine, pharmaceutical, agriculture, horticulture, etc.along with two years of work experience. 

• Only managerial work experience until May 15, 2023 will be considered.
• The Executive Programme is open to all working professionals and self- employed individuals. 

• There is no age limit to apply for the programme. 
• This programme is most suitable for professionals already working in the area of HRM (and allied fields) intending to upgrade their skills, young professionals seeking to take up HRM and People Management as a career. 

IIFT EPGD-GHRM Admission 2023: Selection Process 

• Candidate's selection would be based on the eligibility criteria.
• All the applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for a personal interview.
• The final selection will be done on the basis of overall performance of the candidate in the personal interview, past academic record, experience, motivation to complete the program and willingness to excel would get weightage in overall assessment for admission.

Step 1: Visit the official IIFT application portal @www.iift.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for the registration window and register yourself by filling the required details.

Step 3: Next, enter your registration credentials in the login page and fill all details in the application form.

Step 4: Now, Pay the application fee and preview the form before submitting it.

Step 5: Finally, take a print out of the form for all your future references.
