“Ability to connect with students, help them and solve their queries”
I started my career as a demonstrator in the education sector and have also held the position of Principal. Throughout my career, I have focused on enhancing my education, skills, and research work, all of which are valuable for my professional career. I've always been on the lookout for new technologies and I've never given up trying to learn them.
What is your philosophy of leadership?
“Work together in a way that's productive”
I find that my strengths as a leader are effective delegation and communication. My leadership style takes advantage of those strengths. It's easy for me to delegate to my team members and find out their strengths. It is my goal to ensure that every individual is allowed to try their best and contribute to group success.
How do you plan the marketing and administration of your institute?
“A combined effort by students and administration plays a key role”
I believe that every person who is associated with our institute is directly part of the marketing of the institute. We have to remember that if these people are satisfied, they will automatically do good marketing of the institution. Furthermore, the introduction of social media and e-marketing has also become an important part of advertising in today's world.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different backgrounds?
“The right to equal treatment, without discrimination”
We can welcome pupils of all ethnicities or economic backgrounds by treating them equally and without discrimination. We also assign them various group tasks to foster mutual peace. The presence of students of various races and socioeconomic backgrounds may help to improve the outcomes of all activities. Since discussing any topic with students of different backgrounds may bring different opinions, different aspects for any topic. We also aim to plan a scholarship scheme for financially weak students.
What do you think your responsibilities to the institute and the students are?
"Enhance student knowledge and skills"
I must always ensure that the decisions I make and their results are in the best interest of the institution and the student. By developing their knowledge and skills I want to help them be more successful in their careers. Because the ultimate success of an institution is only the success of its students.
What are some of the biggest challenges for the higher education sector?
“Lack of experiential learning and English language fluency”
Our biggest challenges are:
- There are more accepted students from Hindi-medium schools than English-medium schools. As a result, they are engrossed only for the sake of an exam and have little understanding of the subject.
- There is a lack of practical experience. However, higher education curricula do not provide the information needed for businesses and research.
