What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“Dispensing knowledge and interaction with youngsters”
Transferring and sharing my academic experiences and new ideas to the younger generation always motivates me and gives me a sense of fulfillment of my job as a teacher and guide to them. I always encourage them to learn better and uplift our society as the students are a key man force for the development of any nation.
How would you describe your leadership style?
“Clear goals and active participation”
Doubtlessly, a leader must have a perception and eloquence clearly to provide direction for the group he serves. Leaders need to provide leadership opportunities for others to foster growth and share responsibility for attaining goals. I enjoy entrusting tasks and taking the steer on during day-to-day academic as well as administrative work. I also like to stay involved and inspire my faculty members and staff by showing that I’m working side-by-side to help them, too.
How do you strategize the key plans for the administration of your Institute?
“Identification, clarification and execution of set goals”
With regards to strategizing the key programs for the administration of our organization, I believe in identifying our key goals, prioritizing and targeting important ones in the list, assessing needs and required resources, ideation and concentration on selected ideas. This enhances the workflow and vision and builds a strategy implementing an organization promoting a plan and finally assessing success for our Kashi Group of Institutions. Publishing or advertising all achievements and activities carried out from time to time, in the public domain preferably using social media and e-platform helps in successful marketing as well.
