What is your philosophy of leadership?
“As a leader, my strengths lie in effective delegation and communication”
Being a Principal, I always try to delegate tasks to whoever is best-equipped to perform well in it. Also, communicating about the importance and priority of tasks is essential. This eliminates back-and-forth, mistakes, and the need to re-do tasks. I am an active team leader who knows how to respect the self-esteem of others.
How do you plan the marketing and administration of your school?

At the moment, the covid-19 pandemic is our biggest challenge. We are conducting our classes digitally. Like many other institutions, the transition from the classroom to digital has been challenging and interesting. We have adapted our curriculum to address this issue. Our team hosted several webinars before the new academic year began.
