Prof. Amit Kuraria is the Head of the Department (IT) in Hitkarini College of Engineering and Technology. He is a visionary and a dynamic leader who quickly grasps and adapts to technological advancements and ensures to bring the same learning for the students. He believes that technological advancements will lead to a prosperous career ahead and thus every student must adapt to the evolving teaching-learning processes. What are your thoughts on the current education system?

“In the coming years a person must possess a deep understanding about technology”

The education system requires improvement with new technologies. With the commencement of the new education system policy and given the pandemic situation, one needs to be tech-savvy as the cool word goes around functioning in personal and professional living. 

Could you please highlight the functioning aspects of your college?

“The shape of education in the next ten years would be unrecognizable from that of today”

What type of opportunities does your college provide to the students?

It is our responsibility to provide quality & purposeful education not only for scoring marks but also to develop students' personality to achieve success. We integrate knowledge, management, and strategic outsourcing to reduce the cost of technical education, improve quality, and reduce the risk of unemployment. Also, we ensure excellent exposure to the latest developments in Engineering & Technology by introducing innovative teaching methods. “Students must be adaptable towards technological changes happening at a rapid pace”

To be the next leaders, every student must know how to be the leaders and change-makers. Keep learning and teaching knowledge from different sources; be always advanced in terms of technology and understanding.
