As a Chairman, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“To lead without inhibitions and restrictions imposed by the system”

There is a unique potential in every pupil of my institute. I aspire to identify these latent talents of every individual and harness them for organizational goals. I work without boundaries, hierarchy, or limits. In a crisis, I participate with my team; in desperation, I inspire from the front; In complex situations, I simplify the process. For me and my team, means are more important than ends.

How do you strategize about the plans for the marketing and administration of your University?

Making use of the digital space to enhance our brand’s value & its visibility”

Our academic quality is our only tool for marketing. The passed-out students often act as ambassadors to future admissions. Our visibility in social media is a force-multiplier. The current administration is robust and is aimed at supporting the faculty to deliver academic excellence. Apart from sound theoretical knowledge, we equip our students with communication skills, professional skills, and soft skills.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see in the education industry?

To tackle the academic difficulties created by the ongoing pandemic”

In the yesteryears, Universities churned out students with degrees, that became their entry tickets to glory. There was a regional, national, and global migration of students to pursue academics. COVID has changed it all. Students are now looking towards quality education, locally. We plan to enhance our education process accordingly.
