Educational administrators must be able to build relationships with all stakeholders, discover and play to the strengths of their staff and BITM community members, build leadership capacity by empowering students and educators to embrace an innovator’s mindset, be REAL, and lead by doing. My leadership style by default is a collaborative, coaching style yet it’s transformational.

“Providing students with Online Learning Platforms and using various digital assistance for the smooth learning experience”
In April, we shut down as per government rules. Then, gradually we strictly asked the professors not to come to the college. We have certain setups where the faces of the students are identified and attendance is given accordingly. After every 2-3 classes, depending on the teachers, we also take assessments. And, we draw a behavioral chart to understand what part they didn't understand. In August only the administration members are coming, maintaining the social distance and all other covid safeties.
