What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“I am an action-oriented person who believes in teamwork”

I chalk out my action plan rooted in imaginative extrapolation and keep my immediate and distant goals. The main criteria for selecting my plan-actualization-team will be sincerity, dedication, time-based target fulfillment, and dynamism. My leadership imperatives would derive its energy through regular stock-taking and reorienting the targets by periodic brain-storming.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

“It is our responsibility to uplift the standard of education for our student to excel”

Our responsibilities to students include curriculum delivery, providing practical/hand-on training, industry exposure and training/internships, research project guidance and patenting, mentoring in TBI, and support in the enhancement of additional skills through selected add-on courses. The institution continues to hand-hold the learners until they find appropriate placements or autonomous business enterprises.

“We adapted to the crysis and evolved in accordance to the situation”

Our greatest strengths are a committed student population—past and present—and the faculty configurations that offer India's true microcosm. Young researchers work in our laboratories and workshops to design essential products without compromising on quality and excellence. During times of Covid-19, they brought relief to the hapless citizens by designing high quality yet economically priced sanitizer dispensers, masks, sterilizing equipment, cleansers, robots, ventilators, and other life-saving instruments. In our pursuit to regiment such a skilled workforce, we have formed on our cyber-platform a Digital University guided by the imperative to transform our rich academic excellence to meet the challenges offered by the global market. We have partnered with several international institutions and universities to enrich our digital platform.
