JIPMER has been replaced by NEET and candidates planning to take admission in courses offered by JIPMER need to apply for NEET 2023. The admit card for the same will also be issued by NTA. 

Candidates appearing for other courses offered by JIPMER can download their admit cards from the official website. The document will be released by the institute only through online mode and will be available to the candidate who has completed the entire JIPMER 2023 Application process. 

  • The admit card or hall ticket for JIPMER 2023 will not be sent by post at the place of the candidate. 
  • Candidates are not allowed for JIPMER 2023 Exam if they are unable to present their required documents along with the admit card.
  • The candidate who wants to rectify any information given on the JIPMER 2023 Admit Card can directly contact at the official address of the institute.

Steps to Download JIPMER 2023 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

The steps that need to be followed by every candidate appearing for JIPMER 2023 Exam is listed below.

  • Visit the official website of JPIMER or Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research i.e jipmer.edu.in
  • Check out “JIPMER MBBS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2023” 
  • Go to the option “Hall Ticket”
  • Enter the registration number or application number as User ID and Date of Birth as Password
  • Click on the submit button
  • Check the admit card that will be displayed on the screen
  • Download and take a print out of it

What are the documents required with JIPMER 2023 Admit Card?

All the candidates are required to bring the necessary documents along with JIPMER 2023 Admit Card at the centre allotted by the institute.

  • Aadhar/ E-Adhar with validated digital signature
  • Passport ID
  •  Voter ID or Driving License
  • Admit Card with Photograph of class 12th or 10+2
  • Bank passbook with photograph
  •  Any other valid Govt. ID with photograph

  • As the candidate will be not allowed to modify any information after successfully completing the whole admission process so there is a chance for arising any error in JIPMER 2023 Admit Card.

  • A candidate needs to apply in an application form released by the institute to fill the correct one and then they will have to submit to the institute.

Counselling Admit Card

JIPMET 2023 Admit Card for Counselling

JIPMER 2023 Admit Card is the most important thing that a candidate is required to keep until the admission process is complete. Some of the other documents that must be shown during the counselling process are given below.

  • JIPMER 2023 Admit Card or Hall ticket
  • JIPMER 2023 Score Card
  • Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or Certificate of 10th class). 
  • Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination.
  • Marks statement of the qualifying examination.
  • Character Certificate from the Head of the Institute last studied.
  • Residence Certificate issued by the Revenue Authority, not below the rank of Tahsildar.
  • Community Certificate for OBC or Other Backward Classes / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe by Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar. 
  • Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.
  • Residence Certificate only for the resident of Puducherry
  • Employer Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Certificate in case of OPH Candidate.
  • Six recent passport size colour photographs.
  • NRI Status certificate for Non-Resident Indian issued by the Indian Embassy of the respective Country with the Embassy seal.
  • Certificate of Registration for Overseas Citizen of India

JIPMER 2023 Exam Day Guidelines

  • Electronic Items: Mobile phones, calculators, watch, alarm clocks, digital watches with an inbuilt calculator, earphones and other electronic gadgets etc. will not be allowed.
  • Smoking in the Examination Hall is strictly prohibited. 
  • Tea, coffee, cold drinks or food & snacks are NOT allowed in the Examination Halls.
  • A candidate is not allowed to carry any papers but the admit card, the valid Identity proof and photocopy of the same ID proof inside the examination hall.
  • Candidates are solely liable for the safety of their possessions.

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research conducts JIPMER MBBS. NEET is a common test for all medical aspirants trying to secure admission to govt medical colleges. Earlier AIIMS was conducted for AIIMS MBBS. But it has been scrapped and AIIMS takes admission based on NEET scores.  The examination pattern of JIPMER is different than NEET.
