A candidate must obtain minimum of 40 marks in order to pass the examination.
- For the subjects which do not have any practical exams, the passing marks are 30% of the total marks.

AP Intermediate Grace Marks Criteria
AP Board follows the below criteria to award grace marks to the students:
- The grace marks will be 5%, 4% and 3% of the maximum marks for papers respectively for A, B and C grade.
