The main campus is in Wilmington Manor, a census-designated place in unincorporated New Castle County, Delaware. Various other facilities of the campus is spread across Delaware and New Jersey. 


The university campus is divided into four parts: main campus, Laird campus, South campus and Delaware technology park.
