What students say about MLR Institute of Technology - [MLRIT]

Likes

  • And the is no ragging in our college that is the best part in our college.
  • And the faculty members are also very good at teaching and helping students to overcome fear in learning
  • The ground of very good, if you are a sports man you can select this college
  • Campus life, there is a very good environment to walk around college.
  • The events which are conducted by the clubs and clg are very good
  • Then again the furniture and the facilities will be very good.
  • Infrastructure is very good and the labs here are good to use

Dislike

  • Recently, your college started providing internships to 3rd-year students, but it is still the worst in terms of internships. Perhaps in the future, the college may offer better internship opportunities to students.
  • The government provides scholarships for students based on their caste, but it is not enough for poor families to afford studying in these private cooperative colleges.
  • I will give a negative remark to my college regarding the studies. In my college, there is no education system; we only have an examination system. They solely focus on teaching subjects solely for exams, without considering their real-life applications.

Placement Experience:

My college's highest package is a 16 LPA and in this college, by 3rd year we can get a placement the college placement is based on the talent by the student and if there is campus placement there is difficult to find out a job.

Remarks:

The admission process was done by EAMCET process and this college was chosen by counseling and in this counseling 3rd counselling was come and I think eligibility of our college is 50000 And the present admission process is running correctly only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that our college faculty is excellent and the way they teach itself is awesome. my first priority is course-wise CSE but due to my rank I couldn't get Cse and my next opted course is ECE which is a very interesting course.

Remarks:

I have entered through the eamcet which was held in 2020 and I have qualified in eamcet with 40 thousand ranks. the admission process took slow and the counseling I got from the mlr Institute of technology branch is in Electronics and communication engineering.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements starts from the beginning of the fourth year or even earlier. Many companies like virtusa, capgemini, Amazon, Infosys, etc visit the campus for hiring employees. The highest package in the college is 500000 and the average package is 500000.

Remarks:

Admission process was through counselling, via EAMCET examination. The applications will be available in the official tseamcet portal. The reservations can be done before the counseling process. The benefits of reservation is that the admission into the college is preserved whereas the admission through examination is not sure.

Placement Experience:

The placement process in college is very easy because the placement cell is very supportive. the placement cell coordinates with companies and students on a regular basis so that the maximum number of students can get placement. Almost 90% of students got placed in different companies with the highest package of 7lac per annum, lowest salary offered was 2.5 to 3lac per annum.

Remarks:

There will be two types of entrance exams in engineering national level and state level. Then, those who attempted and got ranked can go with the process according to the cutoff given by NTA. Later, the application can be done online. Also, there are reservation benefits to avail accordingly with course cut-off.

Placement Experience:

Yes, there is a small problem in our college due to the placements if the students have below ccgpa of 6.0, they are not able to join crt and not able for campus placements. I am ece and I am not eligible for crt in our college because of my low ccgpa.

Remarks:

My admission process is not very tuff. It is the same for everyone. Just got a rank in eamcet, due to my caste I got a free seat, I am a Muslim and my caste is obc I got a rank of 59,021. And yes, I know it's a bad rank, after eamcet results I started working on my counseling, and I searched for the best college and applied for them and next, I got a free seat in "Marri Laxman reddy college".I got a free seat and for a year I need to pay like 9000 for NBA fees and library. So, after selecting the college I went for submitting my certificates, after that, I went to college after my first year because my first year was fully completed in covid-19, in an online class. So this is my admission process.

Placement Experience:

Usually, we are trained for placements from the start of 3rd year, few even get placed in the 3rd year itself. The placement percentage is high compared to other colleges with nearly 80% of the students getting placed while considering all the branches. The highest package is 50 lac and the average is 5.5 lac.

Remarks:

We get a free seat if we get a rank below 10k in the EAMCET examination. I haven't availed of any reservation benefits but there is reimbursement available for the students who are eligible for it and easily avail it.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides on-campus placements. The placement rate is high and mostly we can easily get a job. Overall 80% of the students get placed irrespective of the branch. There are various high-end companies like Amazon, Accenture Wipro, Walmart etc.

Remarks:

My admission was through TSEAMCET, our college code is MLID. This college is in the top 10 colleges in Telangana. The minimum criteria to get qualified in this exam is to get 40 marks and to get into top colleges like these, in my reservation category (OBC) if we get a rank below 10000, there are high chances of getting a free seat and can save the college fee of 96000. If the rank is above 10k, for an OBC reservation I got a reimbursement of 35k which made the effective fee 61k. Once after confirming the college, we will be notified with respective dates for certificate verification after which we can start coming to the college.
