Srusti Academy of Management Admission
For admission into MBA program of SSN School of Management, candidates need to take up any one of the tests:
CMAT
CMAT is conducted every year in the month of January and is conducted by All India Council for Technical Education. CMAT Eligibility possesses a full-time Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks as aggregate. The minimum age of the applicant must be 21 years. CMAT Application Form is available in the month of October on the official website. Candidates have to provide all the necessary details and complete the requisite steps to complete the Application Process successfully. CMAT Selection Process includes 3 steps:
- CMAT Score
- CMAT Group Discussion (GD)
- CMAT Personal Interview (PI) and/or Written Ability Test (WAT)
XAT
XAT is conducted for candidates seeking admission into MBA/ PGDM courses. XAT Application Form is available from the month of August and the registration process ends in November. As per XAT Eligibility, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent from a recognized authority in any discipline. XAT Exam Pattern is divided into 2 parts (A and B). Part A contains 3 sections namely Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation whereas Part B contain questions on General Knowledge and an Essay writing.

Srusti Academy of Management offers two-degree programs namely Master of Business Administration and Integrated MBA.Check Srusti Academy of Management Course Fees
- Master of Business Administration is a 2-year program. During the course curriculum, candidates learn to perform by the time they join corporate life. Eligibility criteria set up by the institute is Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or graduation in any technical or professional course. Candidates qualifying MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT/ ATMA or any other test, approved by Govt. of Orissa / BPUT are eligible to take admission in the MBA program.
- Integrated MBA is a 5-year program which focuses on Development of conceptual, analytical and diagnostic abilities. Eligibility set up for this program is 10+2 with minimum 45% (Commerce,Science & Arts)/ Diploma Engg. Admission to this course is made on basis of OJEE rank first and if seats are vacant admission will be done on the basis of +2 mark of Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.

Srusti Academy of Management follows a placement procedure which is as follows:
- Companies accept the invitation of campus placement and provide information such as job profile, job description, location, compensation package, expected date of joining, etc.
- The date for campus recruitment is decided.
- Registered students go through selection processes like written test / GD / PI.
- Recruiting organizations declare results and later issue offer letters.
