I chose the course as I had an interest in maths. student-faculty ratio is 45:5. The faculties are good and teach very creatively. term exams were every 6 months and it was quite easy to pass, given we were taught very well. the faculties were well qualified and some of them were PhD in different topics of mathematics.
I choose Mathematics (Honours) because of my interest in mathematics. Faculty:Student ratio is not so much but it is good. All the faculties are well qualified, maximum of them have completed their PhD or currently doing their PhD. Term exams are always on time and you have to study for passing them, seriously no scope of cheating and if you get find doing so, then you can be in a big trouble.
I opted for this course because mathematics is multidisciplinary, and it provides a lot of scope and flexibility in career prospects. the faculty-student ratio is also decent (1:21). Faculty teachers are top-notch notch they have a lot of experience some of them are DU postgraduates, and some of them are from iits and have published many research papers. The teaching method depends on the teacher, so in my opinion, they are decent in the end we have to study on our own. Term exams were delayed as a result of late entrance exams and passing them was not difficult one can easily score better by solving some PYQs.
The course curriculum was good It is based on the New education policy. Faculty members are outstanding, supportive, and encouraging students. All are PHD holders In one year there were two semesters of exam Exam was moderate to difficult and we were able to score good score in exams.
From childhood there was an attraction to maths so I chose this as my honors course. All faculties are excellent in this field. In Two sections there are 45 students in each. all faculties have completed their Ph.D. They help us by taking both online and offline classes at exam time.
The curriculum strikes a balance between theory and application providing a comprehensive understanding. The faculty members are amazing in complex concepts, ensuring a holistic learning experience. I am deeply passionate about mathematics drawn to its potential applications and career prospects. The Faculty: Student Ratio is good. faculty members are highly qualified with advanced degrees and practical experience. The teachers teach in a way that traditional lectures cater to diverse learning styles and ensure thorough comprehension. There are final semester exams and internal tests. For maths students, there are also external practical exams.
I chose BSc (H) in mathematics as I have an interest in mathematics and I want to explore more about it. The faculty is good. Qualification for faculty is a master's in mathematics and a Ph.D. The teaching method is good. As our batch started late due to COVID-19 we have like 4 months semester and it was not that hard to pass the exam.
My course is B.Sc(Hons.) Mathematics unlike other UG courses this course requires a regular basis of studies. It deals with pure mathematics unlike applied one studies up to 12th grade. The faculty of the college is very good as there are regular classes and doubt-solving sessions.
I chose mathematics as my graduation course as I had an interest in it and my relatives and friends suggested this to me as mathematics has applications in many domains so it can provide good oppurtunities in future. The faculties here are overall good and the majority hold Phd degrees some of them are from IITS. Within 3-4 months sem exams are there and exams used to be moderate in level and no such difficulty is there regarding passing the examinations.
I chose this course because I had an interest in mathematics since when I was in 10th class. Faculty members of these courses are very helpful and friendly in nature. Term exams were held after a period of 4 months.
