Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Faculty of Engineering & Technology offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree program to the candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Engineering and Technology. The university also accepts a lateral entry in the second year of B.Tech program.

The minimum eligibility for admission to the B.Tech. first year is Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from any recognized Board or University of India or foreign country.

Admission shall be made strictly in accordance with rules and regulations made by Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) /Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) through All India ranks (AIRs) of JEE Main followed by a counselling round conducted by the vishwavidyalaya.
Candidates allotted seat through Central Counseling held at different centres throughout country have to complete all formalities of admission (Fee and document deposition) during prescribed dates given by CSAB/JOSAA failing which their candidature will automatically be cancelled.
Candidates admitted through Central Counseling conducted by C.S.A.B./JOSAA can also avail the chance of upgradation in case of availability of seats by filling the same form.
Remaining seats vacant after C.S.A.B. counseling will be filled through candidates by applying through our application form on the basis of All India Rank (AIR) of JEE Main after upgrading the already admitted students.
Candidates shall have to deposit a demand draft of Rs. 5000/- as counseling fee in favour of the Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya payable at Haridwar at the time of counseling.

II year lateral entry.) by cash or Demand Draft in favour of "Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar," payable at Haridwar.

Application form for Direct Admission to B.Tech. II year (lateral entry) can also be downloaded from university website and send along with Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- in favour of "Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar," payable at Haridwar.
Application for B.Tech 1 year against vacant seat can be filled online on the website and print out of the same alongwith a DD of Rs 300/- in favour of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar payable at Haridwar should be sent to the office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, on or before last date.

Admission:

Pass 10+2 with physics mathematics chemistry and English is mandatory. 75% must be in the 12th class and qualify JEE MAINS exam with a standard cut-off. You can apply at jeemains.nta.nic.in. application fees are around 650.

Admission:

Eligibility of course: Candidates have Passed Intermediate (10+2) or Equivalent Examination with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) or As per eligibility decided by JOSAA/CSAB. To find the application form, application fees and application dates: You can appear in the JEE Mains entrance examination, conducted every year and if your Jee Mains marks match the marks required for getting admission, you will be allotted a seat through JOSSA or CSAB counselling. Or you can apply through GKV's official website www.gkv.ac.in, where you can apply if vacant seats are available in any course. Application fees are not required, Jee Mains's result is enough for getting admission via counselling. Usually, the application dates are released after the results of Jee Mains and the dates are shown on the official site of JOSSA. Reservation benefits: On the basis of reservation, students get benefits in allotment in the college through JOSSA and CSAB councelling. The reservation also helps in providing fee waivers while studying.
