CAT 2023 Admit Card will be released on November 7, 2023 and the exam is scheduled for November 26, 2023. XAT 2024 registration has begun, and the last date to apply is November 30, 2023 and the exam is scheduled for January 7, 2024. 

During XISS Ranchi 2023 placement drive, a total of 224 students were placed and 10 students received a pre-placement offer. Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) Ranchi offers a full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program for the duration of 2 years. The PGDM program is offered in a total of 5 disciplines.

XISS Ranchi PGDM (MBA) Admission Guidelines

The selection criteria for Admissions to the PGDM Programs of the institution are based on XAT, CMAT, or CAT scores followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.

  • XISS Ranchi will release a list of shortlisted candidates on the basis of CAT, XAT, or CMAT scores on its official website @xiss.ac.in.
  • Shortlisted candidates who meet the CAT, XAT & CMAT cut-offs will be invited for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. XISS Ranchi will also notify the interview schedule on its official website.
  • After the GDPI round, the final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in their past academic record, Common Entrance Tests, Group Discussion, and Personal Interviews.
  • Selected candidates will have to confirm their seats by submitting the admission fees.

Prescribed Course Work

The entire PGDM Program of XISS Ranchi is divided into a full-time regular 6 trimesters of 4 months each. The Institution also offers Internships during summer vacation for the duration.

Ques. What is the PGDM admission criteria for students appearing in the final year of their qualifying examination?

Ans. Candidates appearing for the final year of their qualifying examination will be called for the interview, however, he/she must submit either a copy of their admit card or a letter from their respective institute or college. Candidates will be provided with admission (if selected) if they fulfill the minimum aggregate marks of 55%.
