HICAS Scholarship
Hindustan College of Arts and Science (HICAS), Coimbatore facilitates the students to avail of various government scholarships like SC/ ST, Minority Scholarships, Pradhana MantriNidhi Yojana, ICCR, etc. The college offers various scholarships on merit basis, students with 90% above the percentage of the mark would be given concession in their tuition fees. The college provides sports scholarships with free food, accommodation & tuition fees for successful athletes and various game players. Students belonging to notified religious Minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Zorastrian (Parsis) & Jain) can avail Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities through the common National Scholarship Portal (NSP) of the Government of India. The eligibility criteria for the availing scholarship are:
- The students who have secured not less than 50% marks in the previous final examination.
- The annual income of whose parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed INR 2 Lakhs.

Fees in our college were on average not like other colleges but it's also high compared to nearby colleges it's ok only So many scholarships they provide in college and the faculty told us all must apply.

Fees depends on course by course. And they are collect separate fees to regular and self financial courses. Minimum the student study cost of every year one lakh repuees approximately. Student scholarship are available in that college. State and central government scholarship are give than they students.

The fee structure is 33500 per semester. Total fee of 67000 per year. It includes all the lab fees, course fees, etc. But we have to pay exam fees and fines for the breakage of lab property. The scholarship will be provided by the college also. There are government scholarships.

Other than the semester fees, we do spend money on projects, internships, assignments, etc. These other expenses will not be included in the overall fee structure. Course fees in HICAS increase year by year according to the students admitted and the popularity of the course. They provide many scholarships under various categories, and students eligible for scholarships will benefit from this. Placements in HICAS have improved a lot than the previous year, many companies are providing job opportunities for freshers with an average salary package of 180000 per year. Through the placement training provided the students perform well in the interviews.

The annual fee is 45000. The fee structure was the same for courses in this college. So many scholarships in this college, I got a scholarship in this college, College helping with financial assistance. I was selected for the job with a stipend in this college.
