Hansraj College MA Sanskrit Eligibility
Candidate need to fulfill any one condition given below for entrance mode admission;

B.A. (Hons) in Sanskrit with 45% aggregate.

B.A. (Hons) with Sanskrit as subsidiary/ concurrent subject with 50% in Sanskrit & 60% aggregate.

B.A or (Hons) in Hindi with 45% aggregate (at least 2 papers in Sanskrit and 50% in Sanskrit).

Acharya Sanskrit/ Shastri Sanskrit examination from any recognized university/Sansthan with 55% aggregate.

Graduate with 55% aggregate + Diploma in Sanskrit from DU with 55% aggregate.

5% relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PH in 1 to 4 points.

For Merit, Mode

Candidate must have passed B.A. (Hons) in Sanskrit from DU with min 65% aggregate to apply in merit mode (5% relaxation for OBC and 10% relaxation for SC/ST/PH).

Hansraj College MA Sanskrit Selection Criteria

There are two modes of admission – Merit and Entrance exam.
Candidates who have not passed from the University of Delhi, need to apply through Entrance mode.
While candidates who have passed from the University of Delhi can choose to apply through Merit mode or Merit + Entrance mode or Entrance the only mode (must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in graduation to apply through Merit mode or Merit + Entrance mode).
