Admissions are done on the basis of an All India Entrance Test conducted by the institute.

Candidates admitted to M.Sc will be given INR 1300 every month as stipend for 10 months and candidates admitted to M.Ed. Sp. Ed. (HI) will receive INR 650 per month as stipend for 10 months.
