In our college, the bca course fees are high because of the maintenance of the library and computer lab. There is only one scholarship for our department and the financial assistance is working hard to keep our college better.

In Tier-3 colleges there are less in fees, so many students are joining in Tier-3 colleges. In my college, there is a scholarship, and not off off-campus drive. In my colleges, there are financial assistance who are trying hard for the students.
