The admission process was easy. The admission in charge took admission very fast. The eligibility of the course is 12th pass, jee exam(if given), they also take admission through management quota. The area of the college is only about 50 acres, so don't go with one if anyone tells you that it is about 150 acres. There are many branches of b.tech.

- The College Facilitates the Student for Various Central Govt Scholarship Schemes detailed below -:
- Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme: This scheme has been implemented by the Govt. for meritorious and economically backward students for admission in the Colleges TFW scholarship will be offered to students who have a family income less than Rs. 6 lakh per annum. These students will be provided with a complete tuition fee waiver. Seats up to a maximum of 5 percent of sanctioned intake per course shall be available for these admissions.
- Saksham Scholarship: A MHRD Scheme being implemented by AICTE aimed at providing encouragement and support to Specially abled children to pursue Technical Education. Scholarship/Contingency is awarded to Differently abled students taking admission in AICTE approved Technical institution at Degree/ Diploma. The scholarship is given @ INR 50,000 as incidentals each year.
- Pragati Scholarship: A MHRD Scheme being implemented by AICTE aimed at providing encouragement and support to female students to pursue Technical Education. Scholarship/Contingency is awarded to meritorious girls taking admission in AICTE approved Technical institutions at Degree/ Diploma. Total 10,000 scholarships are given @ INR 50,000 as incidentals each year.
- PG Scholarship; AICTE provides Scholarships of INR 12,400 Per Month to each full-time GATE-qualified student admitted to M. Tech courses in AICTE approved Institutions/Colleges
- PRIME MINISTER’S SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME (PMSSS) - The objective of the Scheme is to build up capacities in the youth of J&K, educate, enable and empower them to compete in the normal course, enhancing and boosting employment potentials in students of J&K. Total 5000 scholarship are given @ Rs. 100000 as Maintenance Charges and academic fee as INR 1,25,000 to Engineering Degree.
- Central Govt. Scholarship Policy For Minorities: The Scholarship is for Students from Minorities Community (Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jain) Scoring 55% and above in the 10+2 examination.
- The College helps the Students by availing the State Govt. Scholarships for Reserve Category Students.
