Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / any technical vocational subject* as optional, from a recognized Board, with minimum 50 % aggregate marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects * Technical vocational subject must be related to Chemical / Civil / Computer / Electrical / Mechanical streams.

A level:

Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science or any technical vocational subject* as optional subject in the ‘A’ Levels and English in the ‘AS’ / IGCSE / GCSE
Minimum grade required is an average of ‘D’ grade in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects * Technical vocational subject must be related to Chemical / Civil / Computer / Electrical / Mechanical streams

IB:

English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science or any technical vocational subject* as optional subject (preferably Mathematics and Physics at HL level) ‘

Placement- At the end I am here for the placement, and they are quite good for Computer Science branch.
Places around campus and nice and there is a lot of opportunities for recreation and living college life to maximum
Classroom facilities and study resources, the classroom is well equipped and there are so many college provided resources like online notes , class recordings and manuals .
Many waking parks, complexes, movie-theatres, beaches and waterfalls around the campus
The mess food is good compared to others and hostel facilities are good

Dislike

Fruits are expensive in campus and the auto drivers loot you.
Few of the faculty members are not helpful when you need their help.
The hostel wifi may trouble sometimes which is an issue .
Some teachers are of the view that student crowd here is not responsible and thus are a little arrogant
The weather is almost unpredictable since it rains suddenly even though it is a sunny day.

MIT Manipal is a great place to Explore into the Innovative world

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very good and advanced compared to other colleges since it is a deemed university. Exams are also at a little high standard compared to others. Faculty: student ratio is good and the faculty will provide a good time for students to clarify their doubts. Faculty will support research activities, project works and conferences. Many faculty are PhD holders with qualifications and careers in reputed firms. The teaching method is good and it is based on experiential learning. Laboratories are well equipped with advanced features. Exams are based on relative grading and is the CGPA method. Exams are conducted in sessionals, and assignments every month. Exams are easy to pass but a little hard to score or compete with others. Faculty are good, approachable, and helpful to students.
