Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
- Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM/ PCB
- Resident Indian or Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holder of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India are eligible to apply for SRMJEEE (UG).
- Passed in Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern ) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS
- GCE A-level or International Baccalaureate(IB) diploma or IB certificate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies as major subjects (equivalent to Advanced Placement level in each subject) in any International schools within India.

- Food is also best and no issues for our health so that concentrate in studies
- Clubs and events are always the best and the carrier development sessions too
- The college has best infrastructure, hostel inside campus and 100% placement.

- I don't like the professors and they behaviour is very bad.
- I hate the food that is given to us in hostel
- The number of exams held per semester plus the number of assignments and class tests, you sometimes may get frustrated.
- College timings are something bad where we have to wait for a class for an hour

This course is taught in the guidance of industry professionals. 100% of the faculty is Ph.D. and 3 out of 5 teachers have international exposure. Level of education and knowledge is really amazing. Exams, CLA, Quiz all are of good level and happen on time.

This college is having enough talented faculties to control and educate the students In SRMIST, every faculty had done Ph.D. and the teaching techniques will be good. Monthly once you will have a test for every subject which includes internal for that particular semester. If focus in class it's easy to clear all exams.

The course curriculum is 65% of the current-day requirements. All the faculty members are PhDs and Pg holders. Still, some of them lack the skill to teach. I was looking for Cse with any specialization and I thought it was the best choice for me at that time, so I have gone with it. The exams can be written easily if attended the classes.

I am enthusiastic about computer science, here there is an interdisciplinary where you can learn irrespective of your course, and the curriculum is good it will be updated for every batch based on convenience. The faculty & student ratio per course is -1:200 .Faculty are highly qualified from various IITs and NITs and from other countries as well. Per each semester there will be 1mid, 1 practical, and end sem examinations. You can pass easily by attending classes regularly and interacting with faculty in class will get more marks in class participation but gaining good grades is difficult.

Nowadays career options cse has more opportunities and it's my passion to be a computer science engineer. The faculty-student ratio is fine I think so it's about 1:5. Out of 10, there will be 9 faculty who did their Ph.D. and completed their research. It was somewhat not easy to pass there will be 2 semesters per year.
