For specialised subjects, faculty members with the requisite specialisation are chosen. For newly introduced subjects, there may be difficulty in finding a faculty member. In that case, an external teacher may be chosen or a faculty member may put extra effort to prepare and teach the subject. In the fields in which the syllabi get modified very often to keep pace with the advances in the subject, finding the right faculty to teach the subject becomes a problem.
