Sonya Patel Review at Queen's University, Kingston | Collegedunia

The Home that is Queen's University

SP
7.8 /10

I was a big fan of the family feel of the university, how everyone felt included and excited to be there. Everyone loves the traditions and possibilities that Queen's offers. The Economics program was highly astute and interesting.

Course Curriculum :

It's interesting but can be quite difficult if you do not put the effort into the work. Queen's is a high-level university in Canada and should be treated as such. The work is difficult but possible, it just takes effort.

Fees :

Each course per each faculty is equally weighted and therefore priced equally per faculty. Tuition for the entire year ranges from $6000-$10000.

Examination Structure :

There are two exam seasons, one in December and one in April, each 3 weeks long after a 12-week long lecture session. Most exams are 3 hours in length and students can be accommodated for issues if need be.

Faculty :

The faculty is very knowledgeable and astute but it can be difficult to understand them 100% of the time because they are so much smarter and beyond teaching entry-level courses.
