Diploma in Computer Programmer degree at the Sault College is offered a 2-year (4 semesters) program.
This program will be delivered through traditional classrooms on campus.

Through this program, students with practical learning needs will have the opportunity to access the College campus for that learning.
This program is designed for those students who have completed and shown above-average competencies in the Computer Programmer diploma program and who wish to continue to develop programming analysis skills.
Students will learn in hardware and software environments that mirror the industry-standard networks and platforms and will encounter in their career.
The program places an emphasis on developing analytical skills and working on team-based projects.
In this program, students will learn work on innovative projects and develop your skills in C++, Python, C#, .NET, Java and scripting languages like JavaScript, and apply your skills to the writing of standalone and web-based DBMS applications.
Students spend approximately 400 hours on-site at a local business or agency within a programming team, gaining valuable practical experience.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must hold an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with Grade 12 English (C) ENG4C or have mature student status.

Others:

Students must be 19 years or older before the beginning of classes.
Students who are graduated from Ontario Secondary Schools and who have obtained their diploma (OSSD) or certificate (OSSC) may be considered for admission on an individual basis for some programs delivered at the College.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

Indian Student Eligibility:

The students must have completed 10^th and intermediate i.e 12^th grade which has the minimum with 60% marks.
The minimum qualification required to attend this program is a higher secondary school certificate.
Copies of original documents should be attested as true copies by the educational institution.
School Record Diploma/Degree certificate Mark sheets for each year of study.
Students have a completion of the 2-year Computer Programmer Program.
College Record is not sufficient.
