Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3-year Diploma in Construction Engineering (Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Architectural Studies.
  • Proof of English language proficiency (georgebrown.ca/englishproficiency) required where International transcripts are submitted

Work Experience:

  • Students must have a minimum of one year of work experience as a health-care professional or an IT professional, or equivalent (resume required).

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria

  • Students must have graduated from a recognized university or college.
  • The graduate 1st or 2nd class degree results are required.
  • The second class degree result must have a minimum overall average of 55% for Business programs and 60% for all other streams.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
