Course Curriculum
Overall i liked to design of the curricula but was not upto my expectations. I felt specialisation in structural discipline is not properly designed as even the core subjects have been pushed to as core electives. We have a year capstone project during final 2 semesters
Fees
~AU$90,000 for 2 years, 16 courses comprising to a total of 200 credits. i.e. ~$5,700/ one 12 credit course
Structural engineers design, develop and evaluate materials and systems used in constructing load-bearing infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, buildings, railway lines and dams.The Master of Engineering (Structural) will lead to a formal qualification in structural engineering.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement

If students hold one of the following engineering pathway degrees from the University of Melbourne, with a weighted average mark of at least 65%, you will be eligible to enter the 2-year program

If students hold an engineering degree or major in an equivalent specialization from another institution, with a weighted average mark of at least 65%, or equivalent, they may be eligible to receive credit for up to one year and enter the 2-year program. Exact credit can only be determined on application.
