Macleay College International Admissions 

International applicants are welcome to apply online for all the programs offered by Macleay College. Applications will be acknowledged and responded to within 2 business days. Selected candidates receive an International Offer Package including Letter of Offer, Information for Accepting Offer and Offer Acceptance Agreement.

The admitted student is supposed to review the offer to make sure all information is correct and submit extra documents if requested. Once conditions are met, he can send the signed Offer Acceptance Agreement. Complete the process by paying the ‘fee payable on acceptance’ amount of the offer. Once all documents are received and conditions are met, Macleay College will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) so the student can apply for an Australian visa.

English Language Proficiency Scores 

All the international applicants who do not have English as their first language are required to prove their proficiency in English by submitting their TOEFL/ IELTS scores. This requirement is waived for those who have received a degree from an English medium institute.

Note: At the time of course start, all English examinations must be no more than two years old.

No English documentation is required for onshore students who are presently enrolled in and will complete a Diploma (AQF Level five) program.

Visa Process for International Students 

International students willing to study in Australia are required to apply for an Australian student visa. For obtaining a student visa, certain requirements must be fulfilled such as completing studies in the time frame given in the electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).

To complete and submit your student visa application, one must first create an account on DIBP's online application system, ImmiAccount. You should submit your application no later than six weeks and no early than 12 weeks before the commencement of your course.
