Applications are accepted throughout the year and students can begin study during any of the three semesters (fall, spring, or summer).
Biotechnology is a program about making discoveries that make the world a better place, and about bringing those concepts to life and into the market. The program includes Spanning industries, including pharmaceuticals, agriculture, healthcare, environment, energy, national security, biotechnology covers roles from the R&D lab, product development, and manufacturing to sales, marketing, finance, and law. This robust graduate program at Johns Hopkins University offers concentrations and elective courses that result in a degree designed to fit student’s career aspirations.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Students must complete their higher education.
- A GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale is required to be eligible for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed higher education with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
