Excellent Preparation for Graduate School
Economics provides excellent preparation for graduate school. Economics majors perform very well relative to other majors on the GMAT and LSAT exams. A 1998 study showed that among the 14 majors that had more than 2,000 students taking the LSAT, economics majors received the highest average score.
