Students in the program learn how to assess and evaluate fitness levels for individuals and groups, design, implement, manage, and evaluate fitness programs. All students complete a mandatory three-month internship in a local health/fitness facility.?
Graduates of the program will find employment opportunities in both public and private health and fitness facilities, worksite and health care settings. The program also provides appropriate preparation for individuals desiring to pursue graduate study in fitness, health, and exercise science programs. Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 60 in ibt; 500 in PBT; 170 in CBT
- IELTS: minimum 5.5
- MELAB: minimum 80
