Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant non-engineering field such as architecture or business or equivalent from a recognized institution.
A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
A minimum of two years of construction-related employment is preferred for applicants with bachelor’s degrees in fields other than architecture.
Prerequisite courses required of all students include courses in probability and statistics and engineering economics or financial analysis.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
