Cornell ILR School’s Executive Master of Human Resource Management program extends that mission to working professionals who want a flexible program that prepares them for the next level of HR leadership.
This program is ideal for high-potential human resource professionals who have 8+ years of experience.
This degree is a 15-month program, will give you the advanced knowledge and skills needed to move into senior HR roles, and enable you to develop and execute human capital strategy on a global scale.
The nature of the coursework allows you to complete the program from anywhere in the world without interrupting your career.
All courses are authored by Cornell ILR School faculty and are taught by a combination of ILR faculty and senior HR practitioners.
The program's three one-week sessions of on-campus instruction are great opportunities to meet, learn from, and share best practices with the other HR professionals in your cohort.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent international degree.
A GPA of 3.34 on a 4.0 scale is required to be eligible for the program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

Resume/CV: It is the outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and/or volunteer experience.
Two Letter of Recommendation: Letter of recommendation (combination of professional and academic recommenders) which includes information about the student, their connection with the person they are recommending, their qualification, and the specific skills they have.
Statement of Purpose: This statement must describe your qualifications and the objectives of your intended educational program.
Official Transcripts: Applicants who have attended and/or received degrees from institutions outside the US must provide certified copies and certified English translations of transcripts or records of all previous post-secondary education and of all degrees conferred.
Statement of Project: Students have to describe the project they might implement, the likelihood of support for the project, and how they will gain support from your current management team to complete it.
Online Video Interview.
ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
