About this course:
- The Master of Science in Data Science program gives foundation in statistics and computer science as well as the knowledge to apply these skills .
The program follows a 3 X 3 + 1 design: three modules, each consisting of three 3-credit courses in a particular aspect of data science:
- Data modeling and statistical learning
- Machine learning
- Data processing and algorithms and parallel computation
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physical sciences, mathematics, economics or equivalent quantitative coursework, with a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Statement of purpose letter: presenting applicants professional and personal goals
- Three letters of recommendation.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
