During their time at Gannon University, students take specified courses in chemistry, mathematics, engineering and the liberal studies core. Students experience our strong commitment to effective teaching and are involved in hands-on laboratory experience with modern instrumentation, all while gaining the advantage of beginning college-level work in small classes with a personalized atmosphere.

Chemical engineering students have opportunities for internships and co-ops at a number of locations, including GE Transportation, LORD Corporation, and several privately- and publicly-owned industries. Additional internship opportunities are available through the University of Pittsburgh during the second phase of study.?
