- The Pharmaceutical Chemistry Program is intended for those students seeking employment at the M.S. level as research chemists in the pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of the program is to provide students with the enhanced technical depth and breadth in pharmaceutical chemistry that substantial research experience affords so that their ability to make important contributions immediately and throughout their careers in these fields will be greatly enhanced.
- Students in the program will gain an in-depth understanding of the experimental and computational processes and societal issues that surround the discovery and design of modern pharmaceuticals. The program will incorporate the core disciplines of organic chemistry, biological chemistry, and chemical biology.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) from the institution where students have earned or will earn their bachelor's degree.
- Successful applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent that is comparable to a degree.
- Applicants whose native language or the language of instruction is not English must submit TOEFL or IELTS scores.
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores
- The GRE score requirement for the 2021-2022 admission cycle has been waived for all students.
Indian Eligibility:
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree, a 3 year Bachelor's Degree with a Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree, or a higher degree.
