Courses in architectural history engage the humanities, while the sciences are addressed by courses in the environment, digital techniques and building technologies. Through these studies, architecture majors arrive at an understanding of the world: a global ecology of diverse cultures linked by electronic media and the Earth’s limited resources. Most importantly, architecture majors engage this world through the arts.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Acamedic Requirements:
- High school or secondary school official transcripts of the final four years (9 to 12) should be sent to Ohio State
- SAT or ACT scores should be submitted (Optional for 2023 admissions)
- Recommendation from a teacher or counsellor (optional)
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL (IBT): minimum 79 required
- IELTS or IELTS indicator: minimum 6.5 required
- ACT: minimum 21 score on the English section
- SAT: minimum 27 required on the reading section
- Duolingo: minimum 105 required
