As a major at the University of South Carolina, you will learn to translate knowledge from chemistry, biology and other sciences into the products that provide fuel, power, medicine and materials that are vital to our society and the world. Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Submit course by course evaluation of official transcripts with GPA
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores

- TOEFL: minimum 77 in ibt; 550 in PBT; 213 in CBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- Duolingo: minimum 115
- PTE: minimum 53
