Applicants must submit the online application and all required admission materials no later than the stated deadlines to be considered for admission. Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis.
The MS in Engineering and Public Policy provide students with a background in engineering with the tools necessary to conduct robust policy analysis. It includes required core courses from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the School of Public Policy, complemented by electives in engineering and public policy, which can be met by two courses and a master’s report (recommended), or by one course and a thesis, or by three courses. At the master's level, there are two concentrations for Engineering and Public Policy in:
- Energy & Environment
- Infrastructure Resilience
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a bachelor's degree in a related field or its equivalent to get admission in this program.
- Students required a minimum GPA of 3.6.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
