- The goal of the Media Ventures program is to create a bridge to industry opportunities where innovation is key.
- Students come with an idea for a new media business, product, or service. They spend the Fall Semester in Boston where they begin to develop their idea, complete with pitch, prototype, business, and marketing plans. The Spring and Summer Semesters will be spent at the BU Los Angeles program where, along with courses, students will complete two internships. At the conclusion of the program, students will pitch their capstone projects to a group of industry executives.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants to master’s degree and graduate certificate programs must have earned a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution (or the international equivalent) prior to enrollment.
- Students required an average grade of 3.0. (83 to 86% or B grade)
Language Requirments:
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students required a Higher Secondary Certificate/ISC (State board exams may also be considered for admission) and a four-year bachelor’s degree.
