Mannar Dalal Review at Michigan State University [MSU], East Lansing | Collegedunia

Michigan State University's Review

Mannar Dalal
7.7 /10

It's a great college with a great sports team. But the cost isn't too expensive which makes it better. The community is also great and it's close to home so I can come home on weekends. You get to meet new people and different backgrounds it's very diverse.

Course Curriculum :

Michigan State University offers many courses and it's for everyone it doesn't matter if you know the material or not there are classes for everyone. You can take many sciences, math, English, and history classes.

Exams :

I took the SAT and ACT with an average score. I plan on taking LSAT to further going into law school possibly also at MSU.

Placement :

They don't have that well of a job placement opportunity like other colleges do. They need to work on getting partnered with different types of business. Like other colleges, it doesn't seem MSU has that many connections.

Internship :

They do offer internships but I haven't done one so I can't tell you about the experience. On the other hand, my friends have done internships and they have said to love it. They learn many new things.

Events :

We are a big football and basketball team so there's always tailgating before games. When we place against big rivals like Michigan or Ohio state it gets wild but fun. We also have homecoming and frat house and sorority houses throw their own parties.

Fees :

There were dorm housing fees, food fees if you opt for it, textbook fees, and on top of it the actual admissions fees.

Scholarship :

I have and it has really helped, the MSU financial aid has helped bring down the cost even after the cheap I state cost.

Examination Structure :

The exam structure is basically like other colleges. There are essays, multiple choice, matching, and short answers. Not that different from how other colleges do it. It just depends on what classes you're taking.

Faculty :

The faculty is great and they try their best to help everyone. Event with the current faculty problems, I would like them to see to get new members.

Hostel :

You need to be organized for classes but the bus really helps. On campus, the vibe is very well the students are great. The dorms are a bit small but compared to some other colleges they are better. I would suggest that the apartment fees be cheaper.
