Noorjehan Asim Review at Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr | Collegedunia

My experience at Bryn Mawr College!

NA
7.0 /10

financial aid, location.

Course Curriculum :

Liberal Arts. Not a lot of industrial exposure but very fluid and research-based.

Exams :

A good common app essay, interesting additional info, a well thought out activities list, good letters of recommendation from internships and school officials, a good SAT score

Placement :

Everyone gets into grad school; for work, a lot of people do well with finance-related jobs so a lot of consultancy firm hires + marketing and tech hires - Google, Facebook, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, EY all come to campus to recruit and we have a lot of alum working there.

Internship :

Yes but never got one because of visa issues in the US.

Events :

Great- we're in a consortium with 3 other schools including UPenn so lots of opportunities to take classes at other campuses and meet new people

Fees :

$75,000 (US)

Scholarship :

Yes - Bryn Mawr International Grant (covers tuition entirely - I pay for room and board and the meal plan)

Faculty :

Very well versed, super approachable, knowledgeable, very accommodating.

Hostel :

Yes. Old dorms but well maintained + very scenic - college is a heritage site registers with the US gov.
