Olivia Review at Bowdoin College, Brunswick | Collegedunia

Fantastic Experience

10.0 /10

It's a small liberal arts college in beautiful Maine with a very high Academic Ranking and varsity sports programs. A great diversity of students who are more supportive than they are competitive. It was worth it.

Course Curriculum :

A great Liberal arts curriculum with requirements that encourage students to branch out of their comfort zones. Some departments such as Econ, it can be difficult to get into popular classes but for the most part, you can take what you want.

Exams :

SAT is the only test I took. SAT is the only test I took SAT is the only test I took.

Fees :

There is considerable tuition including room and board, paid each semester. Books were an additional fee.

Examination Structure :

Depends on the class and subject matter - exams are almost never multiple choice. They are often Short answers or essays and occur during the middle and end of the two semesters. Some exams are take home and rely on the honor code.

Faculty :

The faculty are very well educated and inspired to be working with students directly. While they have research on the side, teaching seems to be their priority.
