Tyquon Jackson Review at Pfeiffer University, Misenheimer | Collegedunia

Pfeiffer University Review

The reason why I had chosen this college is because I liked that it was very small and felt like home. Coming from someone with very bad social anxiety, I wanted to choose a college that wasn't overwhelming and large.

Course Curriculum :

I feel that the course curriculum for my major at Pfeiffer university is not as bad as the others. Most of all my classes and depending on the professors are teaching all the material and we just have to review for it on each exam. And the better u get at knowing the material for each class. It only gets easier as long as you study and work hard.

Exams :

The only exam that I had taken to get into college was the ACT. This one was very important so I didn't feel the need to take the other ones. I made a 19 on the ACT.

Internship :

Our college does provide internships. I'm currently a business major and one of my Deans at Pfeiffer offered me a paid internship on campus in the Human Resource department. Since that is in my field of study and that I plan on working in a career in Human Resources. I don't know much about the stipend since I plan on taking it during my spring semester of next year.

Events :

I'm currently a CAB member ( Campus Activity Board) here at Pfeiffer University. And one of the many jobs that we do on campus is to promote and create fun events for students to enjoy here on campus. We the Week of Welcome Event, which is a week of fun activities around campus to help the new incoming freshmen feel right at home at Pfeiffer University. That list includes a dive in a movie night at the pool, Midnight Munchies, and Assassins. The list goes on, we have already created our list for the fall semester of events that we will be doing for incoming freshmen and throughout the fall semester.

Fees :

The fee structure is kind of straight forward. You have your tuition which is like $14600 each semester. And your room and board which could be between $6500-$10000. Along with other fees like lab fees, for using the lab each semester. And the comprehensive fee of like $650 for supporting our clubs and other things around campus. So you are looking around $41650 for your full total at Pfeiffer University.

Examination Structure :

The exams are structured just as how the material is taught throughout the course. The question may all be mixed from all the chapters and sometimes worded differently to make you think more critically.

Faculty :

The faculty at Pfeiffer University is very outstanding. We have some very professors here and our programs of study are some of the best. They are very good at teaching us the material for our success in our future career.
