Marie Review at Kennesaw State University [KSU], Kennesaw | Collegedunia

College review

M
6.7 /10

It wasn't too far from home. It isn't a huge school but it still has a huge school feel. There is a lot to do in the Kennesaw area. It is close to downtown Atlanta. Greek life at Kennesaw is very nice.

Course Curriculum :

There are several unnecessary classes I feel have been a waste of time and money towards my degree. I have to take science classes and several math classes to get a marketing degree and it's frustrating knowing that I'll never use that information.

Exams :

I took the Sat test and received a score of 1680. Many of my friends took the act but I didn't take the Act.

Fees :

The fees have been ridiculous. Meal plans and parking and all other fees add up to $2000 for services I don't use.

Examination Structure :

It varies by the professor. Most often they are multiple-choice exams with scantrons. I have had some essay exams though. I also have taken several exams online some with a lockdown browser and some without.

Faculty :

Most professors have been average with the exception of a few who have really been awful and a few who have been great. It seems the majority just want to give you a grade not actually teach.
